• Leading technically and economically complex renewal projects for existing heating and cooling systems (district heating and contracting) 
• Establishing key account management for existing customers 
• Developing renewal projects (technical, economic) to maintain and expand, focusing on reducing CO2 emissions 
• Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, calculations, and pricing models 
• Advising key customers, creating offers and contracts 
• Leading and developing projects until handover to the project managers for construction implementation, including leading the respective interdisciplinary project teams 
• Maintaining contacts with customers, authorities, entrepreneurs, and suppliers 

• Successfully completed technical basic training, preferably an apprenticeship in the building services sector 
• Further education at the TS, HF, FH, or ETH level with a focus on planning HVAC and project management 
• Practical professional experience of 5-10 years in the building services sector, preferably in the planning or construction of heating systems 
• Experience in project development or in the role of client, if possible 
• Affinity for addressing customer needs, developing suitable products, and successfully selling them 
• Good business management knowledge and entrepreneurial qualities 
• Strong ability to communicate appropriately at different levels
