About the job

The Oberi Children's and Youth Home is an offer of the residential youth welfare of the city of Winterthur. In our four coeducational and mixed-age residential groups, we offer a total of 32 places for children and young people aged 6 to 18 years. For our residential group with eight young people aged 13 to 18 years, we are looking for a committed social pedagogue in training as of January 1, 2027. The school-based training part will start in summer 2027. You will accompany and support the young people in everyday life and contribute with professional competence, heart, and commitment to their holistic development and promotion.

Accompanying and supporting the young people in mastering their developmental tasks

Accompanying and promoting the young people in everyday situations

Promoting and caring for a reference young person

Maintaining documentation in the case management system

Participation in winter sports and summer camps
