Polymechanic – demanding tasks
Tasks
- Assembly of workstations and aids to optimize production processes
- Developing creative solutions for the manufacture of fixtures
- Setting up complete production islands and manufacturing lines
- Supporting production staff in implementing their improvement ideas
- Procurement of materials to realize optimization projects
- Maintenance of the Kaizen workshop and its machines
- Further development of the service quality of the KVP mechanics
- Responsibility for optimal workplace design in production regarding product quality, work efficiency, and ergonomics
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
- Solid industry experience
- Precise and efficient working method
