Your Tasks

Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable

Maintaining master data for debtors and creditors

Managing and supervising authorization approvals

Handling the municipal debt collection/reminder system including telephone customer contact

Participating in municipal payment transactions

Your Profile

Commercial basic training; further education in finance and accounting is an advantage

Professional experience in financial accounting and debt collection

Confident use of IT tools (Abacus knowledge is an advantage) and Office products

Reliable, independent, and precise working style

Service orientation
