In order to continue the development of our activities, we are looking for our branch in Givisiez:
Project Manager (M/F) at 100%
In this position, your main tasks will be as follows:
Ensure the follow-up of the construction site (schedule, cost, and content) of the mandates
Participate in the planning of internal human resources
Ensure the quality of the services provided according to our "quality" manual
Ensure the execution of the mandates according to the SIA model (108, 118) under the responsibility of a project manager or UA director
Develop calculations (power balances, lighting calculations, etc.)
Size installations and operating descriptions and coordinate this with the different trades
Develop pre-dimensions
Develop financial situations and quotes based on budget offers
Develop tender documents
Develop general quotes
Your profile:
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in the field of electrical installations
Ability to share knowledge and delegate tasks to technical collaborators
Good knowledge of the CAN software
Basic knowledge of CAD (Autocad, Relux,)
Good knowledge of the use of construction cost codes (CFC)
Good knowledge of NIBT standards and OIBT ordinances, good knowledge of AEAI standards
