- You lead the locomotive personnel department of the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway with currently three team leaders and around 105 employees, including recruitment as well as good introduction, training, and support of the employees.
- You ensure a safe, punctual, and customer-friendly railway operation of the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway.
- You are responsible for occupational safety and absence management of the locomotive driver team and ensure timely succession for upcoming retirements.
- You promote constructive and productive collaboration within the team and further develop the team leaders and employees in the sense of being the No. 1 for experience and mobility in the Swiss Alps.
- You actively work in the management team of the Customer Service & Operations area as well as on projects.
Your Profile
- You have training in the mechanical or electrical industry and further education as an FH engineer, HF technician, or comparable further education
- Several years of experience in leading a larger team is a must
- You have solid expertise and interest in technical developments in railway operations
- You are an entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with good interpersonal skills and very good communication skills
- You are strong in implementation and solving challenges
- As a resilient personality with a reliable working style, you have already proven your leadership experience in a similar industry
