About the job
Your RolesHR Generalist for the operations of LILY'S AG, Buonvicini AG Gastro & pons culinaris AG
Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle: from recruitment process to exit including payroll administration
Participation in daily HR business: first point of contact for employees, applicants and external offices - by phone, email and on site
Close cooperation with management
Planning, conducting and accompanying workshops and training sessions
Independent implementation of small projects to further develop our HR processes
What you bring
Professional requirements
- Completed training or studies
- Experience in HR or HR assistant certificate
- Hotel management school, knowledge of L-GAV Gastro desired
Technical skills
Confident handling of common IT systems (e.g. MS Office)
Basic technical understanding
Willingness to familiarize yourself with tools such as CVManager, Notion, Mirus, NEO App, TCPOS
Language skills & soft skills
Very good German skills (at least C1)
Good English skills (approx. B1)
Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills
Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working
Enjoyment in dealing with people in a lively gastro environment
