You bring the following:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH, DN II, DN I, AKP Psychiatry
- Experience with InterRAI HC and CMH or willingness to complete the course
- Joy in the profession and dealing with our clients
- Independent, flexible, and team-oriented working style with quality- and responsibility-conscious thinking and acting
- Commitment, openness, and humor even in challenging situations
- Spitex and Perigon experience is an advantage
