As Deputy Team Leader Debt Collection, you are part of the large real estate accounting team and take on the professional leadership of our debt collection team at the Bern-Gümligen location. You support the employees in daily business, contribute your expertise in debt collection, and ensure efficient processes. Your tasks in detail
- Professional leadership and support of the debt collection team in Bern-Gümligen
- Ensuring and further developing efficient debt collection processes
- Controlling the monthly automated dunning runs
- Carrying out and monitoring debt collection measures
- Accompanying debt collection files from debt enforcement requests to legal prosecution
- Responsible for the removal of legal objections
- Creating installment agreements as well as monitoring and dunning
- Initiating eviction requests in case of termination due to payment default
- Close cooperation with property management as well as other internal and external parties (frontline staff, lawyers, authorities, etc.)
- Participating in projects to optimize real estate accounting and debt collection
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in debt collection (at least 5 years) as well as solid knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
- Initial experience in professional leadership or deputy team leadership is an advantage
- Confident German and very good French skills
- High initiative, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoy supporting, developing a team, and achieving joint successes
