Tasks

• You competently and empathetically support, care for, and look after our residents in our geriatric long-term care ward.
• You take on demanding nursing tasks and medical-technical activities.
• You report observations clearly and document comprehensively.
• You help actively shape the daily lives of our residents and promote their resources.
• You accompany trainees together with the trainers and pass on your knowledge.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with joy in working with older people
• Team-oriented, responsible, and reliable with an independent working style
• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad and preferably experience in the geriatric long-term care sector
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as IT affinity, ideally EasyDok knowledge
• Flexibility for all shifts including night shifts if required

The annual salary for this role ranges between CHF 70,300.– and CHF 93,936.– (100%) depending on experience.

The Health Centres Witikon and Riesbach are jointly managed and located in the heart of Zurich-Witikon and Zurich-Riesbach in districts 7 and 8. The Health Centre for the Elderly Witikon combines various care and support services under one roof. The Health Centre for the Elderly Riesbach is entirely focused on the treatment, care, and nursing of people with dementia. The secured house offers peace, security, and safety. Both health centres are characterised by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you will work together with 400 colleagues.
