In your role as branch manager, you take responsibility for the professional and organizational leadership of the Rheinfelden branch. You manage the daily business, support your team in selling individual and package trips, and ensure that customer advice is always at a high level.

Another focus of your activity lies in expanding and maintaining our customer base. You respond to the needs of our customers, develop long-term relationships, and thus strengthen the branch's position in the market. You pass on your solid destination knowledge both within the team and in direct customer contact.

• Completed travel agency apprenticeship or graduation from a tourism vocational school
• Several years of professional experience and industry-relevant expertise (leadership experience is an advantage)
• Solid Galileo, fare, and ticketing knowledge
• Great organizational talent, strong solution orientation, and high resilience
• Structured and self-organized working style
• Confident negotiation skills
