Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

Tasks:
- provides legal analysis and evaluation of the assigned appeal files
- conducts case investigations (hearings, site visits, inspections, witness hearings, document requests, legal research) and manages conciliatory hearings
- drafts decision projects for the attention of the Council of State, as well as provisional decision projects for the attention of the President of the Council of State
- prepares notes and legal opinions for the Council of State when specific legal insights on topics related to decision projects are requested
Requirements:
- university degree or bachelor+master in Swiss law
- having a lawyer's license is a preferred qualification
- good knowledge of the official languages
- ability to work independently and conduct research
- strong editorial and judgment skills
- ability to manage hearings in contradiction in the presence of multiple parties
- sufficient knowledge in the IT field
- knowledge of cantonal administration and local authorities
Particular observations:
- preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in administrative jurisdiction or in litigation activities

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: those provided by the Law on the organization of state employees and teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any legal modification concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
