Technical Concierge (M/F) – 100% – Canton of Geneva or Canton of Vaud

• Technical supervision of buildings : ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and compliance of technical installations (heating, ventilation, electricity, fire safety, etc.).
• Management and coordination of external service providers : planning, monitoring, and controlling the interventions of contracted companies (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).
• Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance operations : implementation and follow-up of maintenance schedules, management of technical emergencies, and monitoring intervention reports.
• Supervision and support of concierges : work organization, quality monitoring of services, and technical support on site.
• Management of small works and repairs : organizing internal interventions and controlling completed work.
• Administrative and technical follow-up : management of maintenance contracts, budget monitoring of technical costs, and regular reporting to management.
• Safety and compliance : ensuring compliance with safety standards, especially fire safety, and coordinating regulatory inspections.

• Availability as soon as possible
• Technical training in the building, maintenance field, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in technical building management or multisite maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Team management and service provider coordination skills.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) – German or English is an asset.
• Proficiency in common IT tools (Office suite, technical management software).
• Organized, rigorous, proactive person with an excellent sense of service.
