We operate throughout Switzerland in AHV and pension fund administration – with five AHV funds and four pension funds for different industries and professional associations. We ensure the benefits of the first and second pillars and rely on expert, service-oriented advice in all national languages.
The Pension Fund department is looking for reinforcement – maybe exactly you as a new team member.
Your Tasks
- Process entry and exit notifications, incorporate vested benefits, and transfer exit benefits
- Other tasks in insured persons administration: pension equalization in case of divorce, purchase of contribution years, WEF advance/repayment/pledging, cash payment, employer contribution reserves
- Process mutation notifications: name, plan, contract, and salary changes
- Year-end dispatch: record salary mutations, create and send pension statements
- Check, assess, and process cases of retirement and death
- Advise insured persons and employers
- Correspond with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in projects
Your Strengths and Experience
- Commercial or equivalent education
- Professional experience in occupational pension schemes desired
- Professional certificate in personnel pension or social insurance is an advantage
- Confident German; good knowledge of a second national language (FR/IT)
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- Organizational talent, team spirit, and high social competence
