• Process and reporting optimizations with the new SAP
• Cash management project cash flows
• Taking over special projects in the areas of finance and SAP
• Technical and personnel management of the admin team
• Leadership, support, and further development of the entire (project) administration, including its processes (across locations)
• Ensuring the administrative and organizational support of departments/teams, as well as the required quality, such as customer friendliness and accessibility
• Knowledge building and retention in the team, e.g. through training

• Studies, university of applied sciences or equivalent in the field of business (focus on finance and/or accounting)
• Work experience >5 years in relevant areas such as controlling and ERP process optimization with a financial focus, ideally in project business
• Preferably leadership experience
• German and English, French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 10-20%)
• ERP experience, preferably SAP
• Hands-on mentality and strong affinity for numbers
