• Site management in the field of building construction and renovation
• Coordination of personnel and machinery deployment
• Monitoring of occupational safety, quality and deadlines
• Reporting / time tracking using iPad
• Measurement and surveying of construction sites

• Completed apprenticeship in the main construction trade
• Further training as a foreman or several years of experience as a foreman
• Independent working as well as ability to read plans
• High commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Openness and ability to work in a team
• German language skills in spoken and written form

• Support for further training to become a site manager
• Interesting projects in building construction and renovation
• 5 or from the age of 50, 6 weeks of vacation + possibility to buy additional vacation
