You will be actively involved in managing workplace services, including physical/virtual workstation solutions, collaboration technologies, and secure remote work environments.
Your role
Design, lead, and optimize modern, collaborative and secure workplace environments, ensuring performance, innovation, and quality of service for all users. You will play a key role in driving adoption and optimal use of Microsoft 365.
- Product Management of the Microsoft Office 365 suite: Promote and drive the adoption of new Microsoft 365 tools and features across the business, supporting users in leveraging their full potential. Act as the main point of contact, keep up with new features, analyze impacts, validate security, oversee the integration of functionalities, and provide documentation for support teams.
- Innovation and strategy: Conduct active technology watch, design proof of concepts, deploy new solutions, and promote DevOps methodologies (IaC, CI/CD, gitOps).
- Performance and reliability: Set up dashboards and indicators to ensure compliance and optimization of workplace environments.
- User support: Manage level 3 incidents, document solutions, analyze trends, and improve processes.
- Workstation administration: Personalize user preferences (Omnissa Dynamic Environment Manager), integrate applications, and govern configurations.
Your profile
- Technical expertise: Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Intune, OneDrive), virtualized environments (VDI), diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Procmon), scripting, and DevOps principles.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, team spirit, proactivity, strategic vision, and a passion for knowledge sharing.
- Network knowledge: Solid foundations in routing, firewalling, and network infrastructure.
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (minimum B2), both spoken and written.
- Swiss residency or willingness to relocate to Switzerland.
