- You lead the Quality Management Projects & Products area: responsible for fulfilling the tasks related to quality management in projects and products as well as for the professional leadership and training of quality managers in the projects
- Analysis, assessment, and coordination of organizational measures that serve to comply with and improve the area tasks and services
- Planning, monitoring, and coordination of compliance with and implementation of the requirements for quality planning (Plan), control (Do), assurance (Check), and improvement (Act)
- Responsible for planning and deploying QM employees in customer orders as well as monitoring quality-relevant milestones
- Reporting of the Q activities of the area including monitoring QM activities in projects, calculation of Q activities in customer orders
- Act as the central contact person regarding quality management topics in selected customer orders
- Plan, control, and monitor quality management measures from the offer preparation to order completion to achieve the contractually agreed requirements
- Ensure the identification, control, and enforcement of claims in customer complaints including schedule and cost monitoring in cooperation with project and order management
You bring with you
- Technical basic training as well as further education in the relevant field (HF/FH advantageous)
- Proven professional experience in the quality field
- Leadership experience and experience with customer contact
- Experience in the defense industry as well as with standard norms (at least ISO9001, preferably EN9100 and AQAP)
- Fluent German skills and business fluent English, any additional language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel 20-40%
