The Zurich Cantonal Police, with its approximately 4000 employees, takes responsibility for security in the canton. Our building cleaning team ensures cleanliness in all properties of the Zurich Cantonal Police. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible and committed individual with experience in maintenance cleaning as:
Team Leader Building Cleaning 80 - 100%
Tasks
- Personnel and organizational leadership of 15-20 employees for the locations in the canton of Zurich
- Implementation and coordination of maintenance cleaning and other cleaning services
- Conducting regular employee interviews and evaluations, as well as promoting and developing employees
- Responsibility for all administrative tasks
- Management of the employees' task platform (app application)
- Organization and support for special cleanings
- Planning and implementing training and instructions for quality assurance and occupational safety
Profile
- Completed basic training (EFZ) with several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- Resilience as well as enjoyment of responsible and independent work
- Very good German skills spoken and written, foreign language skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Experience in managing administrative tasks
- Openness to digital applications (cleaning application)
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness to work outside regular working hours
- Impeccable reputation
