Tasks
- Du betreust unsere Bewohner:innen und Gäste in der Cafeteria.
- Bei Veranstaltungen wie Weihnachtsessen und Seminaren wirkst du aktiv mit.
- Du bedienst die Kasse und erledigst kleinere Reinigungsarbeiten.
Skills
- Du hast eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Erfahrung im Service.
- Freude im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und Demenzkranken.
- Zuverlässige, selbständige und teamfähige Arbeitsweise.

About the job
The Lanzeln Retirement Center is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the label "Quality in Palliative Care." Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake with a view of the mountains, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents.
For our hospitality team, we are looking for professional reinforcement starting January 2026.

Your Tasks and Perspectives
- As a host in the cafeteria as well as in the restaurant, you take care of our residents, guests, and staff
- You actively participate in events such as festive Christmas dinners, birthday meals, seminars, or various aperitifs
- You operate the cash register, perform minor cleaning tasks, and handle some administrative work
- You enjoy working in a team
What You Bring
- A completed education in hospitality/catering or solid professional experience in service
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and people with dementia
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Reliable, independent, and responsible working style as well as teamwork and flexibility
- Neat appearance and pleasant manners
