Do you want to take responsibility in a central process? In this role, you ensure that our order and billing processes run reliably, correctly, and customer-oriented.
With your instinct for numbers, structure, and quality, you keep our SAP S/4HANA environment up to date and support important interfaces such as Controlling and Finance.
- Recording, managing, and updating customer orders in the SAP system (S/4 HANA)
- Checking order details and ensuring compliance with business cases and customer agreements
- Coordination with Controlling regarding necessary corrections
- Creation and processing of invoices according to contract and tax requirements
- Monitoring invoice deadlines and clarifying payment and invoice discrepancies
- Performing currency conversions and monitoring exchange rates
- Maintaining current customer data and handling customer inquiries about orders and invoices
- Ensuring VAT compliance and clarifying tax-related issues
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Solid experience in order and invoice management, ideally in the SAP environment
- Good knowledge in the area of VAT
- Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, high accuracy, and structured working method
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented demeanor
- Teamwork skills and willingness to continuously optimize processes
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Work location: Bern or Wallisellen
