To strengthen our team at the University of Teacher Education St.Gallen at the Gossau location, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and solution-oriented personality as of May 1, 2026 or by arrangement. In this varied role, you will support the administration of study programs and participate in organizational and administrative processes in study operations.
You can look forward to the following tasks:
- Administration of secondary level II study programs including management of student and application data
- Creation and maintenance of study-relevant documents, lists, and documentation
- Organization and administrative support of study processes (e.g., diploma documents, ECTS management, events)
- Communication with students as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Administrative support of program management and participation in projects

- Completed commercial or comparable training
- Precise and structured way of working – you keep an overview even with complex administrative processes
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor towards various stakeholders
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
- Affinity for numbers and enjoyment in working with data, lists, and statistics
- Experience in an administrative environment, ideally in the education or university sector
- Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form
