Tasks

Active participation in shaping an ipw-wide, sustainable, and professional HR consulting as well as leadership development
Support and advice for supervisors and employees in the assigned areas and directorates throughout the entire employee life cycle, in collaboration with colleagues
Active contribution to the further development of the Human Resources Directorate and providing impulses for modern HR work

Profile

HR consultant by conviction with several years of professional experience (ideally from healthcare and public law)
Enjoy driving change, perseverance, and maintaining an overview – even in demanding situations
Clear and goal-oriented consulting skills, assertiveness, and strong communication abilities
Enjoy teamwork and value exchange as well as an independent, responsible working style
