Job Description

Supporting planners and clients from planning to execution is very important to us. Many buildings are already accompanied by our planner and client consulting during the concept and early planning phase. Because the right system solutions for the optimal construction and durability of buildings must be integrated early into project planning. Our particular strength lies in the comprehensive regional field service structure and first-class service. This powerful team is looking for a Planner and Client Advisor (m/f/d) for the Bern region.

In this role, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Advising engineers, architects, general contractors, and clients on system solutions
• Managing key projects and our most important customers as Key Project Manager
• Monitoring market developments and acquiring new customers and projects
• Presenting high-quality Sika construction solutions at information events and customer occasions

Qualifications

• As a civil engineer or construction specialist, you have already experienced a lot – now you are eager for a challenging career change
• Ideally, you bring 5 years of experience from the Swiss construction industry (general contractor/construction company/engineering office)
• You clearly enjoy communication, convincing others, and have a flair for consulting and sales
• Business management skills are one of your strengths, assertiveness another
