To complete our team of the Hospitality Service at the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC), Novaggio site, we are looking for a
Head of Housekeeping (80%)
Profile:
The future collaborator has gained professional experience as head of housekeeping in medium/large public or private organizations. Inclined to interdisciplinary collaboration, they ensure, by managing a dedicated group of people, an optimal service of the department.
They feel comfortable in a multicultural context and know how to manage interpersonal relationships with all interlocutors. A collaborative person, they organize the service and ensure quality in compliance with defined procedures.
Necessary requirements:
- Higher diploma in housekeeping (specialized high school), hotel school or equivalent training
- Proven experience in the hospital field or healthcare facilities, as well as several years of experience in team management
- Good organizational skills with a strong predisposition for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good leadership qualities, initiative spirit, and good relational and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of equipment, machines, textile products, and current hygiene standards and procedures
- Economic and rational management of the resources of their area of responsibility
- Training skills
- Autonomy, flexibility, and discretion
- Good knowledge of the main computer applications
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, spoken and written; knowledge of other national languages (German and French) is desirable.
