WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUThe Suvretta House, a traditional 5-star hotel in St. Moritz, stands for warm service and unforgettable guest experiences. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a General Housekeeper (m/f/d) who will lead our housekeeping department and ensure that our guests always enjoy the usual high standard.
As General Housekeeper, you will lead the housekeeping department of our house and be responsible for implementing the highest quality standards (ISO, LHW, SDH).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization and management of the housekeeping department including the cleaning team of the Suvretta Spa
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, and optimal guest service in all areas
- Control of material use, costs, and personnel resources
- Creation of task lists and training of employees according to LQA & SDH standards
- Implementation and enforcement of Suvretta quality standards, dress code, and professional appearance of the team
- Planning of working hours, holidays, and days off as well as overtime management
- Responsibility for hotel closing, opening, and special tasks
- Active communication and close cooperation with all departments and external partners
YOU:
- Several years of experience in a leadership position in housekeeping in equivalent hotels
- Good German, Italian, and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and well-groomed appearance
- High resilience, responsibility, and flexibility
- Willingness to work overtime and seasonal availability
- Team player with good communication skills
