The Schüpfen Senior Center offers a home to a total of 54 residents. This includes 22 apartments with services. Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Experience with the care service recording system RAI/RUG and in vocational training is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Professional and social competence
- German language skills in spoken and written form
- Customer-oriented working style
- Teamwork, commitment, assertiveness, and resilience
Your Tasks
- Active participation in nursing and care
- Ensuring individually tailored nursing and care
- Shaping the daily structure in the living and residential area of our residents
- Interdisciplinary and cross-departmental collaboration
- Taking over daily responsibility in the residential group
