What you bring with you
- You have a degree as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII (or have an equivalent diploma from abroad that is recognized in Switzerland)
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the environment of patients with dementia
- You are a flexible and motivated personality who enjoys facing challenges and actively shaping changes
- You appreciate multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
- You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
What you can look forward to
- As a nursing contact person, you accompany and support the patients and maintain contact with their relatives
- You independently design the nursing process from admission to discharge
- You actively help implement an innovative ward concept, define common attitudes, and live them in everyday ward life
- You care for complex admission and nursing situations and are supported by a motivated, interprofessional treatment team
- You are responsible for comprehensive, person-centered care and compliance with our high-quality standards
