To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial-minded personality as Head of Production at Thömus AG.
Your tasks – You make a difference:
• You lead a large team of bicycle mechanics, pre-assembly staff, logistics, and warehouse employees
• You plan and control the overall production
• You ensure efficient and on-time production while maintaining quality standards
• You continuously analyze and optimize production processes to increase efficiency (in terms of simplicity & speed)
• You are responsible for resource planning
• You coordinate the interface between purchasing, PM, and engineering
• You comply with safety standards
Your profile – what you bring:
• You have several years of experience in the same or a similar leadership position
• You have production experience
• Your strength lies in communication; you are a team player with a hands-on mentality, even in stressful phases
• You bring initiative and quality awareness
• You have a high implementation strength
