Completed commercial training with extensive experience in accounts receivable.
Strong Excel and ERP skills, preferably with Abacus.
Customer-oriented, reliable, and flexible with excellent German proficiency.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Timely and quality-compliant billing of accounts receivable in the project business
Review of contractor final accounts and independent resolution of discrepancies
Creation and application for construction guarantees
Posting of accounts receivable payments
Dunning
Cash management, expense preparation
Professional handling of concerns from our external partners (site managers, general contractors/subcontractors, etc.)
Administrative tasks
Support of the telephone switchboard

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Completed commercial training
Proven and many years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting is mandatory
Very good user knowledge in Excel as well as ERP, preferably Abacus
Networked thinking and precise as well as goal-oriented working style
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
Customer-oriented, empathetic, flexible, efficient, responsible, reliable
