Your main tasks include

Advising our customers on modern and innovative disposal solutions
Developing object-related solutions including offer preparation with a focus on industrial/commercial customers and healthcare
Responsible for independent market and customer development in the Central Switzerland region
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Analyzing the customer portfolio and deriving appropriate measures
Contact person for external and internal stakeholders
Coordination and implementation of internal and external projects

We expect from you

Technical or commercial basic training, further training as a sales specialist is an advantage
First experience in field sales or a strong willingness to learn and develop in this area
Affinity for special waste and its legal regulations is an advantage
Economic understanding and strong negotiation skills
Good MS Office user skills
High independence, strong commitment and motivation. Active, dynamic, sociable and team-oriented personality
Driver's license category B
Residence in the sales area
