Your tasks:
- Support of strategic and operational personnel management through sound analyses, reports, and decision-making bases
- Further development of HR controlling as well as maintenance and expansion of HR and leadership metrics
- Preparation of evaluations, forecasts, and analyses as well as development of appropriate measures
- Development of controlling concepts for various issues and advising our stakeholders on metrics and trends
- Leading and participating in HR projects
- Overall responsibility for organizational management in SAP, from maintaining the organizational structure to process optimization and ensuring data quality
Your profile:
- University of applied sciences degree in business administration, accounting & controlling, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in the HR area
- Solid knowledge of SAP HCM and organizational management
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Analytical thinking, precise working style, and strong consulting skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Motivation for a versatile and responsible field of activity and a good sense of humor
