What you achieve
- Install, commission, instruct, and hand over new burglary, video surveillance, access control systems, and security control systems to the customer
- Implement small, medium, and large projects in collaboration with the project manager
- Maintain, repair, and expand existing burglary, video surveillance, access control systems, and security control systems
- Create and update the technical documentation of the systems
- Advise and support customers in all technical matters
- Provide on-call service after the introduction phase (approx. 5 - 6 weeks per year)
- High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions
What you bring
- Completed training as a telematics technician, electrician, automation technician (EFZ), or equivalent professional training
- Good knowledge of IP network technology and confident handling of common IT tools (Microsoft 365)
- Quick comprehension as well as flexible and independent working style
- Willingness to travel and a category B driving license
- French language skills are an advantage
- Strong customer, project, and service orientation
