Paralegal Banking & Finance (80-100%)
- As part of the Banking & Finance team, you will work closely with our lawyers and take on the following tasks:
- Management and updating of legal and regulatory documentation
- Support in the creation, review, and maintenance of contracts, corporate records, and other corporate law documents
- Support with international or cross-border legal issues
- Ensuring correct document processing in compliance with Swiss and international banking regulations
- Professional experience in a legal role (e.g., Legal Assistant / Paralegal), ideally in the environment of an international bank or a commercial law firm
- Excellent skills in drafting legal texts, very good communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Fluent German and very good English skills, good MS Office knowledge, and an affinity for IT
- Very well organized and efficient, with the ability to drive projects forward and reliably deliver within deadlines
- Structured and precise working style
- Team-oriented, straightforward, committed person with a strong customer focus
