Job Description
- Operation of all available modalities, such as professional examination execution:
- Diagnostic conventional examinations
- Mammographies
- Fluoroscopy
- CT & assistance with CT-guided examinations/interventions
- MR
- Execution of documentation and performance recording
- RIS & PACS maintenance
- Ensuring good interdisciplinary collaboration
- Staff management and personnel planning including all related tasks such as:
- Recruitment
- Personnel deployment planning
- Conducting employee interviews
- Contact person for all concerns of subordinate employees
- Co-responsible for the utilization and performance of the institute
- Representation of radiology to patients, referrers, and third parties
- Co-responsible for process optimization in radiology
- Contact person for inquiries from patients, referrers, and third parties
Qualifications
- Completed MTR training HF / FH and professional experience
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Experience in MR, CT, conventional X-ray, and mammography
- High patient and team orientation
- Strong service commitment
- Solution-oriented action
- Independent working is embedded in your DNA
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages desired
