About the job
The Opportunity
In this role, you will take over the organization, coordination, and management of all assembly, commissioning, and maintenance work on site at the Oerlikon location. You will work closely with internal and external customers and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, safely, and with high quality.
What You Can Achieve
Responsibility for the handling and organizational management of on-site work
Contact person for internal and external customers
Support of assigned field staff and creation of assembly schedules considering resources such as consumables, tools, and personnel
Monitoring and documentation of project progress and costs (reporting)
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements
Active minimization of project costs and risks as well as process-compliant handling of deviation reports including initiation of corrective actions
Complete compilation, filing, and archiving of all relevant documentation (red marks, test protocols, reports) for as-built creation and billing to the customer
What You Bring
Technical basic training as well as several years of experience in the assembly and/or commissioning of GIS systems
Solid technical understanding; leadership experience is an advantage
Technical school / Technical business administrator
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
Confident appearance and convincing communication skills, especially in
collaboration with different cultures
Teamwork, organizational strength, and assertiveness
Willingness to visit construction sites worldwide
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
