Spitex Zurich cares for around 10,000 clients with approximately 1,500 employees at 22 Spitex locations, providing over 1 million assignments annually. In addition to the four main business areas Somatic Care, Memory Care, Mental Care and Home & Care, Spitex Zurich offers specialised services such as wound care, stoma and continence care, and specialised palliative care.
Our wound specialist team consists of 11 qualified wound specialists. We support the nursing teams within our Spitex locations with complex wounds (assessment, care, etc.) and largely organise our daily work independently.
To complement our team, we are looking for an experienced, responsible individual as
Wound Specialist 60-80% (a)
YOUR TASKS
- Determination of care needs and management of the care process including case management and evaluation
- Needs-based care and nursing (complex, acute, chronic and palliative situations including medication and wound care)
- Consultation of case managers in wound therapy and their training
- Introduction of new employees to wound therapy (FaGe, qualified nursing staff as well as trainers) and training of students in wound care
- Hygiene and material responsibility in the centre

YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed nursing training at tertiary level as well as further training as a wound expert
- Friendly and appreciative manner as well as physical and mental resilience
- Enjoyment of change and teamwork
- High sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility
- Good knowledge of the German language spoken and written, at least level B2
- Driving licence category B or willingness to travel by electric bike
