Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex, as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.

At the location in Gümligen, we are looking for a

for the Purchasing & Logistics department as of May 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Storing and posting material deliveries
• Incoming goods inspection including reporting of damages and deviations
• Picking, commissioning, and delivering internal material requests
• Management of station warehouses
• Conducting inventories and stock checks
• Performing material bookings in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Assisting with picking, packing, and preparing returns for shipment

Your profile

• Training as a logistics specialist EFZ or EBA with several years of experience in goods receipt, picking, and distribution
• Experience in handling handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Driver's license category B and forklift license
• German language skills at least at level B1
• Daily lived customer and service orientation
• High resilience and flexibility as well as openness to a constantly changing environment
