Your impact
You lead our teams for Quality, Project and Process Management (QPPM), Marketing and Communication, Specialist Application, as well as Legal Services. With your expertise, you initiate, lead, and participate in overarching projects. You develop decision-making bases and provide professional advice. Preparing, implementing, and controlling standards and norms are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you coordinate and maintain the current information and knowledge status about activities within our unemployment insurance fund as well as the Unia union.
Your qualifications
- Completed tertiary education (University of Applied Sciences, University)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Solid knowledge of unemployment insurance
- Resilient personality with high social competence and assertiveness
- Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Fluent German, very good knowledge of a second national language
