• Together with the management of OR nursing, you lead a dedicated team of around 30 employees (including students) and are responsible for the efficient and smooth organization of the OR area at the Interlaken site
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes and ensure high-quality treatment of our patients
• You support the team in daily operations by both instrumenting and assisting in the areas of orthopedics, traumatology, spinal surgery, foot and hand surgery, visceral surgery, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmic surgery, and urology

• You have completed training as a specialist in OR technology HF or OR nursing and have already gained professional experience.
• Ideally, you bring practical experience in a comparable role or want to take the step into a leadership position and are ready for leadership training.
• High professional competence, a sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and an independent working style characterize you.
• You enjoy team-oriented work and empathy in dealing with patients and colleagues, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• In addition to your organizational flair and high professional and personal competence, you are used to working precisely, promptly, and reliably.
• Flawless German language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
