Assistant Doctor

• You independently and responsibly visit patients in their home environment and provide a needs- and resource-oriented, individual care for our patients on-site.
• Visiting patients at home allows you to experience them in their familiar environment and thus develop a better understanding of their living conditions.
• You work with 4 nursing professionals and 2 doctors in an experienced and open-minded team.
• After a thorough introduction under senior physician supervision, you conduct psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments.
• You are responsible for individual therapy planning, including documentation and reporting.
• Writing medical reports and expert opinions is also part of your tasks.
• You work closely with referring agencies, relatives, and authorities.

• You have a completed degree in human medicine (CH, EU or EFTA state) and already have a MEBEKO recognition upon graduation abroad.
• You must have professional experience in inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatry and appreciate personal interaction in the home environment.
• Your further training in a federally recognized psychotherapeutic method is advanced.
• Mobile work requires good organization and planning to make visits efficient and ensure that all necessary materials and information are available. If you have these, you are in the right place with us.
• You enjoy an exciting, challenging, and enriching work activity.
• Very good German language skills are essential (at least C1), good IT skills are an advantage.
• You have a category B driver's license and enjoy being on the road.
• You are resilient, flexible, and characterized by a high level of commitment and creativity.

Between accepting the position and the first working day, you as a new employee can already access relevant internal information. This way, you can get a differentiated picture of the company and prepare for the job.

On the first day, you will have an onboarding in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up at your new workplace and get an overview of your next tasks. You will also receive your individual introduction plan, which will help you find your way quickly.
