In particular, you are responsible for the further development of the CAFM solution and other relevant applications in cooperation with the responsible internal and external partners.
- Professional representation and contract management: You represent the interests of Facility Management at internal and external interfaces, contribute your expertise in internal commissions, working groups and interdisciplinary projects, and support the superior unit in contract management.
Your skills – our requirements
- Professional background: You have a higher education in Facility Management, construction or building technology, process management, business administration or a comparable field.

- Understanding of digitalisation: You are interested in the further development of digital processes and applications and ideally bring relevant experience.
- Social and service competence: You communicate convincingly, enjoy working with different professional groups and win stakeholders over for joint solutions. Your actions are aligned with the requirements of a reliable and economical hospital operation.
- Personality and working style: You think in a networked and entrepreneurial way, recognise optimisation potentials and drive changes proactively, in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You have strong organisational skills, assertiveness and an independent and structured working style.
- Industry knowledge:
