Your new tasks
- Coordinate and conduct performance analyses as well as optimize HVAC systems during on-site inspections and via remote access
- Monitor and control energy consumption
- Calculate and evaluate the impact of proposed measures, including on costs, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions
- Communicate skillfully with customers, property managers, and internal contacts
- Coordinate troubleshooting processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality
- Ensure the ongoing operation and system availability of the Energy Management System Navigator
- Support, implement, and further develop energy services
Your talents and experience
- Advanced technical training in building or energy technology or related fields with at least a higher technical college diploma, university of applied sciences preferred.
- Experience and strong knowledge in building technology, its operation, and optimization are advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and structured to advise and support our customers with their technical challenges
- Committed, self-motivated, and communicative personality with a strong interest in taking on challenges
- Very good German skills (at least B2) and English skills (at least B1) in spoken and written form.
