The Meiringen Private Clinic is located in the impressive landscape of the Hasli Valley, in the Bernese Oberland. Here, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The clinic with 187 beds is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the current medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.<div><br></div><div>The team with a focus on affective disorders and psychotherapy <span style="font-size: 15px;">caring for people with affective disorders as well as a variety of other psychiatric illnesses that require extensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. This service mandate is based on the latest scientific findings in an individually defined treatment and care process. Psychosocial reintegration is considered a primary treatment goal. </span></div>
Your tasks
<ul><li>You have the main responsibility for the organizational, personnel, and professional management of the focus area </li><li>You ensure the service mandate of the focus area taking into account operational requirements and objectives</li><li>You promote interprofessional collaboration and develop the focus area in line with the corporate strategy</li><li>You are primarily responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the nursing process and key worker system and actively participate in patient care</li><li>You actively shape the treatment process in interprofessional collaboration</li><li>You ensure high-quality nursing in cooperation with the nursing specialist responsibility</li><li>You ensure the training mandate in cooperation with the professional trainers</li></ul>
Your profile
<ul><li>You have a completed degree at HF level or an equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas; professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage</li><li>You have completed further training at CAS Leadership level or a comparable management training or are willing to complete it</li><li>You bring experience in psychiatry and leadership</li><li>You have strong skills in communication, organization, and personnel management</li><li>You have a high service orientation and business understanding, can think and act solution- and process-oriented</li><li>You are an independent, responsible, and resilient personality</li><li>You practice your profession with a lot of professionalism and commitment</li><li>You are characterized by precise and goal-oriented working methods </li><li>You place great value on collegial and social team behavior</li><li>You appreciate a varied work and field of activity</li></ul><p></p>
