What you can achieve
- Technical management of national projects in the field of communication solutions
- Management of technical project teams, using classical and SAFe methodology
- Creating technical concepts in collaboration with our development departments and external partners/suppliers
- Recognizing the impact of change requests from internal and external customers and handling them according to recognized change management methods
- Ensuring and reporting the metrics Time, Cost, and Quality in development projects
What you bring with you
- Completed studies (FH/UNI) in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, microtechnology, telecommunications) with solid IT knowledge
- Proven experience and success in technical project management, preferably in the ICT or network technology sector
- Very high technical understanding as well as proven experience in software development (Linux, C, C++, client-server applications) and network technology (routing, VPN, IPv6) are mandatory.
- Further training in project management, preferably certified according to: IPMA C or PMI; Hermes 2022
- Experience in a military environment is an advantage
- Very good communication, organizational and leadership skills as well as an independent and proactive working style
- High quality awareness, commitment, willingness to perform and flexible personality
- Very good German and English skills
