To respond even faster and more effectively to customer and market needs in the future, we are building a digital product development organization. Our digital channels and products for our existing and future users are of high strategic importance in this. In the role of UX Lead, you will contribute significantly to continuing the success story of Mobility. You have the chance to actively shape UX design practice at Mobility and build a new team.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the consistency and quality of the user experience of all digital products and channels of Mobility for private as well as business use
- The establishment, maintenance, and continuous further development of Mobility’s Digital Design System, including Digital Style Guide, asset libraries, interaction patterns, and information architecture, are an important part of your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the visual design, including iconography, colors, fonts, transactions, and transitions
- You have personnel leadership of internal and external UX designers within agile, cross-functional digital development teams, such as user lifecycle, business customer lifecycle, and car-sharing usage
- You maintain a service-oriented and partnership-based relationship with the Heads of Product and Software Engineering
- You evaluate, select, and apply tools for design development and rapid prototyping (e.g., Figma, Frontify)
- You conduct UX tests with users in close collaboration with the Product Owners, from planning to execution and evaluation
- You work closely with the brand manager and there is potential to take on product design tasks (e.g., car and parking space marking, access medium, charging stations, etc.)
What you bring
- A long-standing track record of success in a leadership role in a digital business focusing on B2C and B2B or in an agency distinguishes you
- You have experience applying agile development methods
- You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design/UX, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or similar
- You are experienced in collaborating with various stakeholders
- You are familiar with various platforms and media (web, mobile web, mobile apps)
- You bring a high motivation for sustainability and want to advance car-sharing
- You like to get hands-on and implement topics independently
