We are looking for a reception staff member 80% (m/f/d) for our dedicated reception team.
As a reception staff member, you represent the company as the first point of contact. With your friendly and courteous manner, you welcome visitors and guests at the reception or on the phone. Other varied tasks and areas of activity round off your day.

What you will achieve
Your main tasks are:
- Independent management of the reception, switchboard, and cafeteria
- Management of office supplies and purchasing
- Coordination in the area of facility management, such as the deployment of craft businesses, disposal, and much more
- Other tasks in consultation with the Management Services department, such as administrative support in contract management or onboarding of new employees
Why you will succeed
For this exciting role, we are looking for committed and dynamic individuals with the following profile:
- Commercial basic training or training as a receptionist
- Good application knowledge in MS Office
- Experience in personal and telephone contact with customers
- Several years of professional experience desired
- Very good German skills with good oral and written expression
- Good spoken French skills
- Italian skills are an advantage
