Your positive, friendly demeanor is contagious – for guests and for the team. As a Night Auditor (m/f/d), you get up when others go to sleep, coordinate the arrival and departure of guests, and carry out the check-in and check-out. In doing so, you are in direct contact with our guests and are the first point of contact for praise, criticism, or questions. With your understanding and patient nature, you are always happy to help, no matter the time.

You should bring yourself and the following:

• Training as a hotel specialist

• Quality and service orientation

• Above-average commitment and resilience

• Knowledge of a hotel reservation system, ideally Protel

• Enjoyment in dealing with guests
