We are looking for a motivated person as Social Media & Content Marketing Manager on a 50-60% basis for the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV) AG, starting by agreement and limited until the end of 2027.

The Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV) AG is a subsidiary of SGV Holding AG. Its origins date back to 1836. As a licensed private transport company, SGV AG operates a fleet of five historic paddle steamers and 14 motor ships, transporting between 2.5 and 3 million passengers annually on Lake Lucerne.
- Strategic editorial planning as well as conception, creation, and publishing of organic content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads
- Independent production of reels: shooting, editing, and processing creative video content
- Community management of the mentioned channels
- Collaboration with content creators
- Analysis of KPIs and further development of the social media strategy
- Close cooperation with the Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate campaigns, content, and strategic goals
- Content management support: assistance in maintaining and updating content on the website, webshop, and newsletter marketing
- Support in managing the media database
- Assistance in conducting photo and video shoots
- Completed training in marketing or tourism
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing
- Confident handling of camera and editing software
- Strong sense for storytelling and visual trends
- Independent, hands-on working style, responsibility, and eagerness to try new things
- Willingness to participate in occasional weekend and/or evening events
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a small team
- Confident appearance and enjoyment of being in front of the camera
- Fluent German language skills, good English language skills
