Your Tasks
- You work closely with a qualified nursing professional and share responsibility for nursing care, safety, and stability on the ward during the night
- Creating a therapeutic environment that promotes restful sleep
- Co-responsibility during the night on the acute ward
- Accompanying and treating our patients through the evening and night
- Competent action in psychiatric emergency situations
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health professional FaGe EFZ
- Preferably experience in the field of psychiatry or inpatient settings
- Independent work, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills, high resilience
